TSS Internship Program – Creator Management & Marketing

About the Role

The Sociable Society is looking for motivated interns interested in gaining hands-on experience in the creator economy, influencer marketing, and digital media.

Internship opportunities may be available across our Creator Management and Marketing teams, depending on current business needs and the intern’s interests and experience. Interns will work closely with members of their assigned team, support day-to-day projects, and gain exposure to how a fast-paced creator management agency operates.

What You May Work On

Creator Management

• Support Creator Coordinators and Creator Managers with administrative tasks and projects.
• Assist with maintaining creator information, trackers, and internal documentation.
• Research brands, creators, industry trends, and potential partnership opportunities.
• Support general organization and coordination across the Creator Management team.
• Shadow Creator Managers during pitches, meetings, and other aspects of creator representation when appropriate.
• Assist with additional projects based on team needs.

Marketing

• Support the Marketing team with day-to-day projects and administrative needs.
• Assist with research related to creators, brands, social media, and industry trends.
• Support content, social media, marketing campaigns, and other initiatives as needed.
• Assist with organizing marketing materials, information, and internal resources.
• Participate in team meetings and gain exposure to agency marketing strategy and execution.

What We’re Looking For

• Current college student or recent graduate interested in creator management, influencer marketing, social media, communications, PR, or a related field.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple assignments.
• Familiarity with social media platforms and the creator/influencer landscape.
• Positive, proactive attitude and willingness to learn.
• Comfortable working collaboratively in a remote environment.
