What’s unique about this role?

As the lead Managed Review Recruiting Consultant, you will lead the contract attorney recruiting function during an initial 3-month assessment period. This role sits at the intersection of Talent Acquisition and Managed Review Operations. You will build and scale Lighthouse’s recruiting capacity, identifying, screening, and onboarding high-quality revenue generating project attorney candidates and will coordinate with Lighthouse Managed Review stakeholders to deploy candidates on Lighthouse Managed Review projects. You will work with Managed Review leadership to develop standardized, data-driven processes that enable rapid, high-quality staffing across a dynamic portfolio of client-driven review projects. You will assess risks, opportunities, and lessons learned during the assessment period and will advise on additional resources and tools recommended to create a sustainable, scalable recruiting engine that delivers consistent talent pipelines, reduces time-to-fill, and enhances reviewer quality and retention across Lighthouse managed review engagements. This role directly supports filling high-volume management of billable roles for project-based work.

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
• 7–10+ years of legal recruiting experience, with significant exposure to high-volume or contract attorney recruiting (managed review, eDiscovery, or legal staffing preferred).
• 3+ years of experience leading or mentoring recruiters or recruiting teams.
• Proven experience building or scaling recruiting processes and infrastructure in a fast-paced, high-demand environment.
• Demonstrated ability to operate both strategically and tactically, balancing hands-on execution with process development.
• Excellent relationship management skills, with the ability to partner effectively with operations, legal teams, and senior leadership.
• Strong analytical skills with experience using data to drive recruiting decisions and improvements.
• Strong customer-service orientation and influencing skills.

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strategic, creative, and innovative thinking skills, with the ability to exercise sound judgment.
• Excellent organizational and project management skills.
• Ability to work successfully in a team environment as well as independently.
• Experience with Microsoft suite, including Excel, PowerPoint, Teams, and Word.
• Experience using Applicant Tracking Systems and recruiting tools required.

The salary range for this position may be tailored to be lower or higher in different talent markets.
