React Developer 

Experience: 5–7 years

We are seeking an experienced React Developer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have 5–7 years of professional software development experience, with strong hands-on expertise building scalable, responsive, and maintainable web applications using ReactJS. This role requires solid technical skills, strong problem-solving abilities, and the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams. 

Responsibilities 

• Design, develop, and maintain scalable web applications using ReactJS. 

• Build reusable, maintainable, and high-performance UI components. 

• Manage application state using Redux, Context API, or similar solutions. 

• Integrate front-end applications with RESTful APIs and handle asynchronous operations effectively. 

• Write clean, testable, and maintainable JavaScript/TypeScript code. 

• Troubleshoot and resolve application performance, functionality, and production issues. 

• Participate in code reviews and contribute to technical decisions and development standards. 

• Collaborate with product, UX/UI, QA, and backend teams to deliver high-quality features. 

• Contribute to improving development practices, code quality, and application performance. 

Mandatory Technical Skills 

• 5–7 years of professional software development experience, including significant experience with ReactJS. 

• Strong proficiency in ReactJS, JavaScript (ES6+), HTML5, and CSS3. 

• Strong understanding of React fundamentals, including functional components, hooks, component lifecycle, and reusable component design. 

• Hands-on experience with state management, preferably Redux or Context API. 

• Experience integrating RESTful APIs and handling asynchronous requests. 

• Strong understanding of Git and modern software development workflows. 

• Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments. 

• Good understanding of responsive web development and cross-browser compatibility. 

• Strong debugging, problem-solving, and code-quality skills. 

Preferred Skills 

• Professional experience with TypeScript and React. 

• Experience with Jest, React Testing Library, Mocha, or similar testing frameworks. 

• Familiarity with modern front-end build tools such as Webpack, Babel, or Vite. 

• Experience with front-end performance optimization and best practices. 

• Understanding of UI/UX principles and accessibility standards. 

• Exposure to CI/CD pipelines and cloud platforms such as AWS or Azure. 

Qualifications 

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience. 

• Demonstrated experience delivering production-ready React applications. 

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. 

• Ability to work independently and collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams. 

• Strong communication skills and attention to detail. 

Location & Language 

• Work Model: Remote for now; the work arrangement may be subject to change based on business needs. 

• Candidate Location: Candidates must be based in Monterrey, Mexico City, Guadalajara, or Saltillo. 

• English: Advanced English proficiency is required, with the ability to communicate effectively in meetings and in written and technical documentation. 

ADVANCED CONVERSATIONAL ENGLISH AND SPANISH ESSENTIAL (Will be evaluated).
