ABOUT THE JOB

 

  • You'll inspire our customers to book their dream trip with us.
  • Providing our customers with personal sales and service via phone, chat and email 
  • You'll actively work with upselling to maximise the customer experience.
  • Resolving customer issues and managing bookings that need to be updated or changed.
  • Ensuring our customers receive world-class service is key – an important goal for us is that our customers want to travel with us again.
  • Working in a results-oriented way to achieve your sales, service and efficiency goals.

 

 

ABOUT YOU

 

  • Have the right to live and work in Spain
  • Excellent Customer Service skills
  • Fluent in Swedish and English, both spoken and written.
  • Strong interest in sales and ability to work independently towards set goals.
  • Engaged and skilled at handling customers both personally and professionally.
  • Reliable and loyal colleague who lives by our values and follows work routines.
  • Skilled at solving problems, finding new solutions, and adapting to changes.
  • Flexibility to work varying shift patterns including evenings and weekends

 

A PLUS IF YOU HAVE

 

  • Knowledge of another Nordic language.
  • Previous experience within the travel industry.
  • Experience handling customer contacts via phone, chat, and email

 

 Home Working Requirements

  • You will have a suitable space that allows you to work comfortably and away from general ‘home’ activities
  • You will be required to have a suitable broadband connection that has a download speed of at least 10 Mbps and an upload of at least 3 Mbps
