Junior Web Developer | Work from Home

Salary: PHP 30,000 /month
Job Summary:

The Junior Web Developer will assist with the creation of websites and updating existing web applications using scripting languages. They will work under the supervision of senior developers, assisting with coding, testing, and design adjustments.

Duties/Responsibilities:

• Assisting the web development team with all aspects of website and application design

• Assisting with the testing and maintenance of backend and front-end applications

• Brainstorming new tech applications such as digital storage and mobile technology

• Collaborating with developers to implement new web features

• Converting video, audio, written, and graphic components into compatible formats for the web

• Follow team and/or client’s proper procedures, policies, and methodologies as instructed.

• Performs other related duties as necessary or assigned

Education and Experience:

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, information technology, or related field.

• Solid understanding of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript, and other coding languages.

• Experience working with debugging tools such as Chrome Inspector and Firebug.

• Proficient understanding of code versioning tools {{such as Git, SVN, and Mercurial}}

• Strong understanding of PHP back-end development, website architecture, and aesthetics
