Job description:
  • Experience with Administering Jira/Confluence Applications in the Atlassian Tools
  • Experience with Jira, Confluence & Jira Service Desk Configurations
  • Able to Mentor the Product Managers, Project Managers and Engineering Teams roles and Project Permissions and Onboarding the new team members
  • Created the SOP on Atlassian Products.
  • Jira GUI Admin level support – bringing in new Jira Projects, scoping/estimating/roll-out of all new Jira projects/tasks etc.
