Job description

Sr. Salesforce Consultant – Remote

Max Pay Rate - $60/Hr

Duration: 6+ months

Role Description
  • 10 years Salesforce experience.
  • 8 years leading enterprise implementations.
  • Salesforce Platform Developer 2 (PD2) Certification.
  • Agentforce Specialist Certification.
  • 8 years of SFDC Developer/Admin experience with Salesforce technologies including Salesforce CRM, Apex Language, Apex Classes, Apex Triggers, SOQL, Visual Force Pages, Workflow & Approvals,

Dashboards, Custom Objects, Package Installations, Email Templates, Formulas, Validation Rules, AppExchange, Apex Data Loader, Roles & Profiles.
  • 1 year of Salesforce Lightning Web Component development experience.
  • 5 years of experience with programming languages APEX, Core Java, and JavaScript.
  • 3-5 years of experience working with tools Force.com IDE, Apex Data Loader, ANT, AutoRABIT preferred.
  • Experience in Agentforce building AI agents.
  • Experience in Agile methodology with preferred experience in SAFe methodology.
  • Good communication and collaborative skills.
  • Design and build Service Cloud for workflow optimization.
  • Integrate with upstream systems via REST, Bulk, FHIR APIs, and event streams (Kafka/MQ).
  • Lead delivery including story grooming, solution design, code reviews, performance tuning, and CI/CD.
  • Mentor developers and collaborate with Architecture, Product, Security, and Data teams.
