Job Title: AI/ML Ops Architect
Location: Atlanta, GA/ Remote

Salary : $100k- $120k per annum
Must Have Technical/Functional Skills
Strong programming experience with Python and Java.
Hands-on experience with Agentic AI frameworks including Google ADK, A2A, LangChain/LangGraph, CrewAI, Semantic Kernel/AutoGen, and OpenAI Agentic SDK.
Experience integrating tools such as Gemini Tools and custom MCP tools.
Experience with TensorFlow, PyTorch, and AutoML.
Strong knowledge of Generative AI, LLMs, RAG architecture, and NLP.
Hands-on experience with Google Cloud Platform (GCP), Vertex AI, and Kubeflow.
Strong understanding of data preprocessing and feature engineering.
Experience using GitHub for version control.
Experience with model development, testing/validation, deployment, and productionization.
Experience with databases and big-data technologies including DB2, Oracle, BigQuery, Cassandra, PostgreSQL, and Big Data platforms.
Experience working in an Agile development environment.
Strong experience designing RAG architectures, including data ingestion, retrieval, and generation using techniques such as hybrid search.
Good to Have: Knowledge of GPU programming, GPU profiling, GPU optimization, and TensorRT.
Functional Skills:
Experience working directly with customers in the Retail domain.
Knowledge of Retail Pricing functionalities is a plus.
Roles & Responsibilities
Collaborate with IT and business teams to understand requirements, business challenges, and AI/ML opportunities.
Architect scalable solutions for AI/ML, MLOps, Agentic AI, and AI-powered workflows.
Lead the design and development of AI/ML, MLOps, Generative AI, and Agentic AI solutions.
Develop, optimize, and productionize ML models, pipelines, and orchestration workflows.
Design and deploy AI/ML models, LLM-based pipelines, agent orchestration frameworks, and vector-based memory systems.
Work closely with Data Scientists, ML Engineers, DevOps Engineers, and Software Engineers to ensure seamless solution integration and deployment.
Drive technical strategy, tooling selection, architecture, and infrastructure decisions.
Establish scalable and reliable practices for model deployment, monitoring, validation, and lifecycle management.
Provide management with timely project/status communication and develop custom technical solutions when required.
Identify opportunities for process improvement, automation, and optimization.
Maintain effective communication and collaboration across internal and external teams.
