Location: Hartford, CT/Remote

  • 7+ years Scrum Master experience.

  • Expertise in change management, PI planning, executive communication, portfolio coordination, value realization, and complex stakeholder management.
  • 3+ years SAFe working environment experience.
  • Proven success leading large-scale technology and business transformation initiatives.
  • Strong executive presence and stakeholder management skills.
  • Experience navigating complex, cross-functional delivery organizations.
