Holon Health

Hospitals & Health Care

Holon Health pairs a bio-psych-social care team with a proprietary digital therapeutic to help people with substance use disorder (SUD) fill gaps in care and remove social obstacles that often limit their ability to engage in treatment and negatively affect adherence. Our digital therapeutic application augments mental health and SUD treatment while promoting healthy activities and lifestyle. This combination of people and technology simplifies complexities, positions people with substance use disorder to achieve improved health, and aims to decrease healthcare expense through fewer emergency room visits and inappropriate utilizations of high-cost services, to reduce hospital (re)/admissions, and to focus on preventive health care for chronic health conditions related to substance use disorder.

Job description

Description

Be Part of Something Radically Different

At Holon Health, we don’t do “business as usual.” We’re a trailblazing healthcare startup reimagining what it means to care, for our clients and our people. We provide whole-person care to justice-involved individuals living with Substance Use Disorder (SUD) and we do it with deep compassion, community wisdom, and an unshakable belief in second chances.

Our approach throws out the playbook. We integrate medical, behavioral, and social care. We prioritize prevention and recovery. We treat clients like people, not checkboxes. And just as importantly, we know that our team can only care for others if they’re cared for themselves. That’s why we lead with flexibility, trust, and a culture built on well-being, inclusion, and respect.

If you’re energized by meaningful work and want to feel good about how you spend your days, read on.

Position Summary

The Vice President of Growth Operations & Enablement is the operational architect of Holon's Growth engine — responsible for the referral channel, the sales enablement infrastructure, the performance systems, and the day-to-day execution that allows the CGO to focus on strategy and market expansion. This role reports directly to the Chief Growth Officer and serves on the Growth leadership team.

Holon Health is expanding from 7 to 32 states by July 2027. In year one, a defining priority is supporting Holon's expansion from 7 to 32 states by July 2027 — ensuring the Growth team has the operational infrastructure, onboarding readiness, and referral channel relationships to execute each state launch on time.

The CGO sets the enablement strategy and standards. The VP owns the execution — building, deploying, and continuously improving the programs, content, and systems that put that strategy into practice.

This is a fully remote, internal leadership role with minimal travel required.

Key Responsibilities

  • Execute the enablement strategy — building, deploying, and continuously improving onboarding programs, training curricula, playbooks, tools, content libraries, and talking points that make every Growth team member effective in their role.
  • Referral Channel Leadership: Own Holon's referral pipeline strategy and execution across all active markets. This includes payer case management and transitions-of-care channels (engaging Case Management and Re-entry groups within MCO partners), justice system referral partners (courts, probation, electronic monitoring, diversion programs), and community-based organization relationships. Build and manage the relationships, processes, and tracking systems that drive consistent patient enrollment in every state Holon operates.
  • Provide daily operational oversight across the Growth organization while reinforcing the strategy and direction established by the Chief Growth Officer.
  • Keep Growth team members informed, aligned, and focused on the department’s highest priorities.
  • Participate in key Growth meetings and ensure decisions, updates, and expectations are communicated to the appropriate team members.
  • Serve as a central connection point across Growth functions to prevent communication gaps, conflicting priorities, and duplicated work.
  • Monitor Growth dashboards, pipelines, activity metrics, and performance indicators to identify trends, gaps, and areas requiring attention.
  • Provide the Chief Growth Officer with regular visibility into team progress, challenges, opportunities, and execution risks.
  • Ensure meetings and initiatives result in clear next steps, assigned owners, and timely follow-through.
  • Oversee Growth onboarding, training, playbooks, tools, talking points, and ongoing enablement efforts.
  • Identify knowledge, skill, or process gaps and coordinate additional training and support.
  • Reinforce consistent messaging, documentation standards, workflows, and performance expectations.
  • Improve the processes, systems, and operating rhythms used to communicate, track, and execute Growth priorities.
  • Coordinate with other departments when Growth initiatives require cross-functional support.
  • Help build scalable operational infrastructure as the Growth organization and company continue to expand.
Requirements

  • Demonstrated ability to turn leadership direction into organized, coordinated execution.
  • Strong understanding of team enablement, performance management, reporting, and process improvement.
  • Experience using dashboards, pipeline data, and performance metrics to guide decisions and reinforce accountability.
  • Strong communication, facilitation, coaching, and cross-functional relationship-building skills.
  • Highly organized, proactive, and comfortable managing multiple priorities in a fast-moving environment.
  • Experience supporting remote or geographically distributed teams.
  • Experience in healthcare, behavioral health, community-based services, or a startup environment is strongly preferred.

What Success Looks Like

  • The Chief Growth Officer’s strategy and priorities are translated into clear, coordinated action across the department.
