Business Integration Coordinator - REMOTE
Role and Responsibilities
The Business Integration Coordinator plays a key role in supporting the successful implementation, integration, and ongoing administration of RxCompass programs. This position works closely with internal teams, clients, vendors, and other stakeholders to help manage project timelines, coordinate client onboarding, track program status, monitor performance metrics, resolve operational issues, and ensure smooth program delivery. The role requires strong organization, communication, follow-up, problem-solving, and attention to detail, along with the ability to work in a fast-paced, evolving environment. The Business Integration Coordinator also supports process improvement efforts, helps ensure accountability across cross-functional teams, and maintains compliance with company policies, program requirements, and HIPAA obligations related to Protected Health Information. The Business Integration Coordinator is required to perform the following duties and professionally undertake the following responsibilities. Program & Project Management
- Follows project plans to implement and integrate clients into programs
- Manages deadlines and tracks progress across cross-functional teams
- Supports onboarding of new clients and integration of existing clients into additional programs
- Attends key client meetings related to program implementation
- Managers program-related testing to ensure accuracy and performance
Data Analysis & Reporting
- Tracks, analyzes, summarizes, and presents client/program statuses
- Monitors issues, procedures, and performance metrics
- Maintains client and program databases
- Actively monitors queues and responds within established goals
Cross-Functional Collaboration
- Works cross-functionally to align teams, resolve issues, and drive action
- Partners with internal teams, external clients, and vendors
- Supports Client Experience team in implementation efforts
- Coordinates with stakeholders to ensure successful program delivery
- Communicates professionally with employees, vendors, and clients
- Handles inbound inquiries related to program implementation
- Provides timely follow-up on issues and inquiries
- Escalates discrepancies or workflow-impacting issues to leadership and stakeholders
Problem Solving & Risk Management
- Identifies and addresses program-related risks and operational issues
- Troubleshoots daily problems using strong problem-solving skills
- Ensures smooth workflow and program operations
Accountability & Oversight
- Holds internal and external stakeholders accountable for responsibilities
- Ensures adherence to program requirements and timelines
- Monitors compliance with OLP-related policies and procedures
Knowledge & Continuous Improvement
- Maintains working knowledge of company and departmental policies
- Stays informed on procedures and operational updates
- Contributes to process improvements by identifying inefficiencies or issues
Compliance & Regulatory (HIPAA)

Position Type and Expected Hours of Work
- Full-time, salary/exempt position.
- Some flexibility in hours is allowed, but the employee must be available during the βcoreβ work hours of 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM CT. We cover clients from the West to the East Coast; work times must be adjusted to cover meetings in all time zones. Ability to work extended hours, weekends, and holidays in accordance with industry demands.
Travel
This position requires minimal (10%) travel.
Required Education and Experience
- Bachelorβs degree (Business) or higher
- Demonstrated knowledge of standard software applications, including MS Office and Windows
Preferred Education and Experience
- Account Management experience a plus
- PBM experience a plus
- Manufacturer Assistance Program experience a plus
