Job description

Development Site Research & Identification:
• Utilize local Council mapping portals, including Brisbane, Logan, Gold Coast, Ipswich and Moreton Bay, to evaluate potential sites using specific criteria such as zoning/density, flood overlays, lot size and easements.
• Build and maintain a structured database of qualified development sites.

Property Owner Intelligence:
• Research and compile property owner details for identified target sites to enable direct outreach.

Agent & Developer Database Management:
• Identify active real estate agents in targeted suburbs and initiate and track outreach.
• Build and curate a database of active property developers operating in Southeast Queensland who are actively looking for land or development opportunities.

Marketing & Client Acquisition:
• Assist in creating and dispatching marketing and outreach materials to present opportunities to prospective buyers, developers and clients.

Pipeline Management:
• Keep all site data, owner contacts, agent logs and developer profiles accurately organized in Excel/Google Sheets and HubSpot.

Lead Generation:
• Research real estate agents, developers and builders and compile their contact details for the client's outreach, email campaigns and business development activities.



Client Information

The Client is a buyers agency specializing in sourcing residential land opportunities for property developers and builders.

Must Haves

• Strong written and spoken English.
• Strong online research skills.
• Tech-savvy and comfortable navigating technical portals, maps or data-rich websites.
• Strong attention to detail.
• Meticulous and accurate when reviewing planning layers such as flood or zoning maps.
• Comfortable working with data and spreadsheets.
• Comfortable working with HubSpot.
• Willing to learn how to identify property development opportunities in a short period of time.
• Creative and resourceful when researching suitable development sites and new clients.
• Reliable high-speed internet.
• A suitable working environment during AEST business hours.

Nice to Haves

• Previous experience with Australian property.
• Experience with GIS/mapping tools.
• Experience with real estate sourcing.
• Experience with Canva or email marketing tools.

Home Office Requirements
