System Administrator

Our Client, an Israel-based company that created the world's leading business management software, is now looking for a System Administrator to join their team.

The company is a SAP Business One integrator that develops applications for SAP systems. It has a large and professional support center in Israel that provides services to all sizes of companies. Has over 17 years of experience and has developed over 250 applications, making it the best in the industry for software ERP management solutions. You will join the large and complex product and have to be ready to learn parts of it as part of the job. 

About the Role:

We are looking for a dedicated and technically skilled System Administrator to join the dynamic global team.
In this role, you will be responsible for //P installation and upgrades for new and existing customers.
You will be providing essential support and maintenance to ensure smooth and efficient operations of our customer software.
The company's main field is with windows and SQL environments.

Responsibilities:

• Act as a project manager for each and every installation/upgrade project, providing timely and effective solutions
• Install and configure software applications according to company specifications and user requirements.
• Perform troubleshooting activities, diagnosing, and resolving hardware, software, and network issues.
• Maintain records/logs of repairs and fixes and maintenance schedule.

Requirements:

• 2-3+ years of relevant technical experience in an IT support role .
• Strong ability to identify issues and implement effective solutions.
• Ability to work efficiently under pressure and handle multiple tasks.
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to explain technical concepts in simple terms.
• In depth understanding of diverse computer systems and networks.
• CCNA or MCSA certifications will be considered an advantage.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Ability to work as a part of a team as well as independently.
• Fluency in English (both oral and written).
