We're helping an employer in Sofia, Bulgaria find their next Digital Marketing Strategist.

You'd be the first person customers reach when something needs sorting out - the role rewards patience and clear communication.

What you'd be doing:

• Keep internal systems and case notes accurate and current
• Resolve issues efficiently without cutting corners on quality
• Flag recurring issues so they can be addressed at the source
• Respond to customer questions across phone, chat, and/or email

What we're looking for:

• Reasonably tech-comfortable - happy learning new internal systems
• Some prior customer-facing experience is a plus, though not essential
• Fluent German, written and spoken
• Comfortable communicating in German at a professional level
