As a Clinical Documentation Specialist, you work to improve the overall quality and completeness of provider-based clinical documentation. This includes reviewing patient records and assisting providers to ensure patient records are accurate for severity of illness and level of services rendered.
In this role, you will work with providers, coders and other patient care team members for comprehensive patient documentation. You will also develop and deliver clinical documentation improvement education to providers, and you will formulate, monitor and respond to all compliant documentation clarification requests.

Salary Range - $41,600 - $134,680

This is a remote position; however, employment is limited to residents of certain U.S. states due to legal, tax, and regulatory requirements. Eligibility is based on applicant’s primary residence at time of hire.
