This includes the creation of entirely new experience, as well as improvement of existing ones. You will collaborate with Senior and Lead Researchers in working with Product and Design teams to identify key research needs, discern appropriate research methodologies, and conduct the research. You will support Senior and Lead Researchers in translating data into actionable insights for qualitative and quantitative research projects. You will assist the Research Coordinator in managing the recruitment process. You value inclusive and equitable research practices and are always looking for ways to improve our process.

We’ll support you along the way with robust onboarding, as well as personal and career development, to help you grow as a strong Product Researcher. The exciting part of retail? It’s always changing!
