Job description

About the Role

As Revenue Enablement Manager, you'll be embedded in the day-to-day of the teams you support (New Business, Account Management and Customer Success) — the dedicated enablement partner accountable for driving marketing-influenced revenue in the business. You'll own enablement programs and systems across the entire revenue lifecycle, with real latitude to decide what good looks like and the visibility to prove it out.

You'll translate business priorities into strategic revenue-influencing programs, build playbooks, support product knowledge and enable frontline managers and customer-facing team members. You'll keep the Revenue organization prepared for product launches, messaging changes, and competitive shifts, codifying how sales and customer success win and retain business. Your efforts will measure positioning and messaging adoption and customer outcomes in ways leadership agrees influence revenue results.

What You'll Do

What You'll Do

  • Build the systems that help make Sales and Success motions effective – programs and content that sales reps and customer success managers need to push revenue forward. Examples include: deal stage playbooks with talk tracks, content mapping for sales stages, expansion/upsell strategy support etc. You’ll keep it all current as products, packaging, and priorities evolve

  • Partner closely with Product Marketing and Digital Success/Customer Education to serve as a cross-functional connector, ensuring teams are prepared for product launches, messaging changes, pricing shifts, or competitive developments — maintaining one consistent content library and messaging across every revenue-facing channel

  • Manage content and program delivery — competitive positioning resources, battle cards, objection-handling frameworks, and learning experiences (instructor-led and asynchronous) — applying adult learning principles to program design

  • Own and maintain the Enablement AI Hub and broader enablement tech stack, using AI tools to analyze data, generate enablement insights, and build program resources more efficiently, and exploring how AI can be incorporated into revenue workflows

  • Build a field-adherence framework for your programs and content tied directly to revenue outcomes — how they influence win rate, sales cycle length, NRR/expansion, time-to-value, and churn-risk escalations, reporting progress quarter over quarter

  • Run a recurring enablement performance cadence for sales and marketing leadership, converting data into specific recommendations and tracking every committed action to completion

  • Must-Have Qualifications

    Must-Have Qualifications

  • 5+ years in Sales/Revenue enablement, GTM enablement, Product Marketing, or a closely related field in a B2B SaaS environment, with a track record of directly supporting new-logo or enterprise sales, account management, or CS teams

  • Able to draw out and formalize what sales and CS leaders need and expect from their teams to improve revenue efforts

  • Cross-functional influence without formal authority; comfortable getting alignment from sales leadership, CS leadership, and Product Marketing

  • Business and product acumen strong enough to translate positioning, pricing, and competitive dynamics into rep-ready guidance and effective programs

  • Data fluency — able to pull and interpret pipeline and enablement data, build dashboards, and present impact clearly to senior stakeholders

  • Strong facilitation and coaching skills for large and small groups and 1:1s

  • Experience designing measurement frameworks (training adoption and/or field adherence to program content) that tie back to revenue outcomes rather than activity or completion metrics

  • Executive communication skills; able to turn enablement data into clear, actionable recommendations for leadership

  • Strong project management skills, able to run multiple programs simultaneously and hit milestones in a fast-moving environment

  • Preferred Qualifications

    Preferred Qualifications

  • Working knowledge of AI-assisted enablement tools, including conversation intelligence, AI-generated call summaries, and AI-powered content workflows

  • Proficiency with Salesforce; experience with  call-intelligence platforms (e.g., Gong) and Skilljar is a plus

  • Ed tech or K–12 industry experience is a plus but not required for this role

  • Example Success Metrics

    Example Success Metrics

  • Sales team adoption of enablement tools and content

  • Win rate/sales cycle length reduction

  • NRR / expansion attach rate influenced by enablement

  • Sales team satisfaction with enablement support (survey)

  • Quarterly enablement ROI reporting to sales and marketing leadership

  • Time-to-value improvement for new customer implementation

  • Reduction in churn-risk account escalations
