Join Us as a Site Payments Associate II - Make an Impact at the Forefront of Innovation

This role is part of the global Site Payments team, which is dedicated to the processing of the Investigator Payments. As a Site Payment Associate - Reconciliation, you will be dealing with one of the most challenging periods of the life cycle of a clinical trial, which is crucial part of our business operations and is a vital function within the Global Clinical Development group. By joining our diverse and dynamic team of professionals, you will have the opportunity to support PPD clinical research services’ key projects and gain insight on how the payment processes is executed within the clinical trial business.

The main responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

• Completion of reconciliations with strict adherence to contractual guidelines, country regulations and

procedures. Overall responsibility to drive the reconciliation process includes but are not limited to:

• Compile data from multiple sources on completed patient activities, contracted milestones and

processed payments.

• Ensure Bi-annual reconciliations are scheduled and performed.

•Ensure Final reconciliations are scheduled and performed and that the site related payments and

accruals are cleared.

• Respond to and resolve payment-related issues and findings.

• Exhibit good financial stewardship in management of funds, investigator payments and project finances.

• Build and manage relationships with study sites and study teams.



Education & Experience Requirements:
• High / Secondary school diploma or equivalent and relevant formal academic / vocational qualification / Bachelor's degree preferred
• Technical positions may require a certificate
• Previous experience that provides the knowledge, skills, and abilities to perform the job (comparable to at least 2 years).

In some cases an equivalency, consisting of a combination of appropriate education, training and/or directly related experience, will be considered sufficient for an individual to meet the requirements of the role.

Knowledge, Skills, Abilities:
• Solid organizational skills and strong attention to detail
• Capable of handling multiple timeline sensitive tasks efficiently and effectively
• Flexible and able to reprioritize workload to meet changing project needs
• Solid computer skills, proficient in MS Word and Excel; preferred experience using CTMS, EDC, or financial systems
• Capable of working independently and as a team member
• Sold communication skills, which includes English language (oral, written) and other languages would be an advantage (where applicable)
• Capable of extracting pertinent information from study documentation such as protocol, contracts, budgets, etc. and perform applicable data entry of said documents
• Familiarity with ICH Good Clinical Practices, Country Regulatory and/or applicable tax regulations, etc. for all aspects of project implementation, execution, and closeout
• Capable of effectively analyzing project specific data/systems to ensure accuracy and efficiency.

• Must be able to multi-task constantly
• Frequent interaction with clients / associates required
• Long, varied hours required occasionally
• Travel and rotating shifts required on rare occasions
