The Quality Alliance is Cleveland Clinic’s clinically integrated network focused on improving quality and reducing unnecessary healthcare costs in partnership with approximately 250 private practices. As Program Manager III, you will oversee technical projects and serve as a key relationship manager and technical resource, coordinating with external vendors, particularly Arcadia, to ensure billing, EMR, and clinical data is accurately processed and displayed. You will manage user access and data portals, monitor ambulatory and outpatient data, review specialty-specific performance metrics, troubleshoot technical and data issues, manage vendor support tickets, and serve as a liaison between CCF departments, practices, and external partners.

A caregiver in this role works remotely from 8:00 a.m. – 5:00 p.m. with occasional evening shifts.

Candidates are required to travel to Independence West Creek in Independence, Ohio, a few times per year, including a required two-week training period.

A caregiver who excels in this role will:

  • Develop, implement, manage, and maintain operational systems and activities. 

  • Serve as a liaison with all levels of the organization and outside thecommunity. 

  • Manage multiple priorities and projects with competing deadlines. 

  • Allocate time to meet completion requirements. 

  • Serve as a coach and mentor for other positions in the department. 

  • Review and monitor adherence to Human Resources policies and corporate compliance procedures. 

  • Support Quality Alliance’s independent practice model within the Cleveland Clinic clinically integrated network (CCF CIN), serving approximately 250 participating practices.

  • Serve as the primary relationship manager and key point of contact for participating practices, coordinating with office managers and practice staff regarding system access and data needs.

  • Manage user access requests, including providing nurses, office managers, and other authorized practice staff with access to specific data, reports, and portals.

  • Support CCF managers and departments with technical portals used to access and review practice performance and clinical data.

  • Coordinate with multiple external data vendors and serve as a key contact for vendor-related questions, system issues, downtime, and support tickets.

  • Partner closely with Arcadia, the primary data aggregator, to ensure billing, EMR, and other clinical data is processed accurately and flows appropriately into reporting portals.

  • Monitor data processing and troubleshoot discrepancies to ensure practices and internal teams can accurately view and utilize their data.

  • Review performance scores and reporting metrics by specialty, helping identify data issues and ensuring accurate representation of practice performance.

  • Support primarily ambulatory and outpatient data, including metrics related to admissions, readmissions, and other quality and utilization measures.

  • Facilitate communication between CCF teams, participating practices, and external vendors to resolve access, technical, and data-related issues.

  • Other duties as assigned. 

Minimum qualifications for the ideal future caregiver include:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Healthcare Administration or related field and five years of related experience 

  • OR Master’s Degree and four years of experience 

  • Knowledge of statistical and financial analysis, primary research and business plan development

  • Strong presentation, communication and training skills 

Preferred qualifications for the ideal future caregiver include:

  • Master’s degree

  • Healthcare experience with an understanding of healthcare operations and patient flow

  • Strong technical aptitude with the ability to learn and navigate complex systems and technology

  • Experience analyzing healthcare data and using technology to support data-driven processes

  • Proficiency with Microsoft Excel and data management tools

  • Experience with training, EMR systems, and/or system integrations

  • Clinical healthcare background, such as Medical Assistant, PCNA, RN, or similar experience

Physical Requirements:

  • Ability to communicate and exchange accurate information. 

  • Ability to perform work in a stationary position for extended periods.  

  • Ability to work with physical records or operate a computer or other office equipment.  

  • In some locations, ability to travel throughout the hospital system.  

  • In some locations ability to move up to 25 lbs.
