Why can this position be exciting for you?

As a Partnership Manager for Latin America/Brazil, you will play a pivotal role in transforming medical learning and clinical practice for medical students and doctors in Latin America and Brazil. As a member of our Latin American team, you'll leverage your medical expertise to help us bring the next-generation resource to medical students and physicians.

In this role, you’ll use your medical background and regional knowledge to build meaningful connections, develop creative growth strategies, and bring high-quality medical learning resources to future and current physicians.

You’ll work closely with our Latin American team, including marketing, product, and institutional sales experts, to grow our presence, strengthen partnerships, and support initiatives that make a real difference for medical professionals in your region.

You will:

  • Shape Local Strategies: Design and execute tailored marketing and outreach plans.

  • Grow Our Community: Drive user acquisition among medical students, doctors, and institutions.

  • Build Partnerships: Partner with medical associations, universities, and student groups to expand reach.

  • Lead Key Campaigns: Run regional campaigns, roadshows, events, and webinars.

  • Measure Impact: Track performance and share insights to optimize future strategies.

You bring:

  • Strong communication: Excellent presentation and interpersonal skills in Portuguese and English.

  • Results orientation: Ability to adapt tactics using qualitative feedback and quantitative KPIs.

  • Creativity: Innovative problem-solving to generate fresh ideas.

  • Exceptional copywriting: A talent for crafting clear, compelling text.

Mandatory Qualifications:

  • Licensed medical doctor (physician) in Brazil;

  • Native Portuguese speaker with fluent English;

  • Deep knowledge of the Brazilian medical education system, particularly ENAMED.
