  • Maintain visibility of upcoming renewals, coordinate preparation across Commercial, Customer Success, Finance, and partners, and proactively track risks and outstanding actions.

About the Role

AIRS Medical is looking for a Business Operations Manager, EMEA to drive the day-to-day execution of our commercial operations across the region.

This role serves as the operational bridge between Commercial, Customer Success, Finance, Legal, HQ Operations, and external partners, ensuring commercial activities move smoothly from quotation and order through provisioning, invoicing, renewal, and partner operations.

This is an independent individual contributor role, not an administrative support position. You will be expected to take ownership of operational issues, coordinate stakeholders, identify bottlenecks, and drive matters through to resolution.

Requirements

Key Responsibilities

  • Quote & Order Management: Prepare quotations and order forms, review purchase orders, coordinate approvals, and ensure accurate handover from Commercial to operational teams.
  • Order Processing & Provisioning: Coordinate order processing and license activation, ensuring required customer and partner information is complete and operational blockers are resolved.
  • Invoicing & AR Support: Ensure invoice readiness, coordinate with Finance, track invoice status and overdue receivables, and resolve documentation or billing issues.
  • Renewal Operations: Maintain visibility of upcoming renewals, coordinate preparation across Commercial, Customer Success, Finance, and partners, and proactively track risks and outstanding actions.
  • Partner & Distributor Operations: Support operational onboarding and ongoing management of distributors and commercial partners, including documentation, internal setup, system access, and process alignment.
  • New-Market Readiness: Coordinate operational requirements for new EMEA markets, working across Commercial, Legal, Finance, Regulatory, Customer Success, and HQ.
  • Cross-functional Operations: Own day-to-day commercial operational issues, establish clear owners and deadlines, identify recurring bottlenecks, and build scalable processes.

What We're Looking For

  • Approximately 4–7 years of experience in Business Operations, Commercial Operations, Order Management, or a related role.
  • Experience supporting B2B commercial operations, ideally across multiple countries.
  • Good understanding of quotations, purchase orders, invoicing, renewals, and order-to-cash processes.
  • Strong cross-functional coordination and stakeholder management skills.
  • Highly organized with a strong sense of ownership and follow-through.
  • Comfortable working independently in a fast-growing and changing environment.
  • Experience working with CRM and other business systems.
  • Strong written and spoken English.
  • Experience in SaaS, Healthcare, Medical Device, or Healthcare IT is a plus
