Role: Advanced Data Platform Business Analyst
Position Type: Full-Time Contract (40hrs/week)
Contract Duration: 12 month contract
Work Schedule: 8 hours/day (Mon-Fri)
Location: 100% Remote - Candidates can work from anywhere in LATAM countries

We're looking for candidates with strong Business Analyst experience supporting technical, data, or engineering teams, along with a solid understanding of data architecture, data movement, integrations, and reporting. Experience with Databricks, Salesforce, Power BI, SQL, data governance, and Agile methodologies is highly preferred.

We are seeking an ADP (Advanced Data Platform) Business Analyst for a 12-month engagement. This individual will play a key role in supporting enterprise data and reporting initiatives by partnering with business stakeholders, architects, product teams, and engineers to define requirements, document data flows, and help deliver scalable, secure, and reliable data solutions.

Key areas of focus include:

• Gathering and documenting business, data, reporting, and integration requirements
• Supporting integrations between Databricks and enterprise platforms such as Salesforce and Power BI
• Defining data mappings, transformation logic, reporting requirements, and data lineage
• Translating business objectives into measurable KPIs and reporting solutions
• Creating user stories, acceptance criteria, process flows, and technical documentation
• Partnering with engineering and architecture teams to support Agile delivery and backlog refinement
• Coordinating User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and supporting change management activities
