Job description

Join the MyMatrixx Product Solutions team and help turn complex business needs into impactful product solutions. In this client-facing role, you will connect stakeholders, technology teams, and leadership to drive product and project initiatives from idea through launch. You will influence strategy, improve processes, and ensure the delivery of solutions that create value for clients and the business.

Responsibilities

  • Lead product and project initiatives across multiple business areas, ensuring alignment with client needs, strategic goals, and organizational priorities.

  • Partner with business sponsors, stakeholders, and technology teams to define requirements, translate business needs into actionable solutions, and support successful product delivery.

  • Develop and maintain product and project roadmaps, balancing short-term priorities with long-term business outcomes.

  • Drive project execution by identifying risks, developing mitigation strategies, monitoring progress, and escalating issues when needed.

  • Represent business needs in technology discussions, ensuring teams have clear requirements and are prepared for development and delivery.

  • Coordinate business validation activities, including testing, release readiness, and stakeholder acceptance of delivered solutions.

  • Provide insights and recommendations to senior leaders on project health, priorities, risks, and opportunities.

  • Identify process improvement opportunities, build alignment across stakeholders, and help implement enhancements that improve efficiency and outcomes.

  • Monitor project budgets and resource considerations, partnering with leadership to address risks and support informed decision-making.

  • Build strong relationships with clients, business partners, and cross-functional teams to support successful product adoption and satisfaction.

Required Qualifications

  • 8+ years of experience in product management, project management, business analysis, or a related field.

  • Experience leading end-to-end projects involving multiple stakeholders, priorities, and delivery teams.

  • Strong communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills with the ability to influence at all organizational levels.

  • Demonstrated ability to gather requirements, manage priorities, and guide complex initiatives from concept through implementation.

  • Experience with risk identification, mitigation planning, and issue resolution in dynamic environments.

  • Strong analytical, strategic thinking, and problem-solving skills.

  • Ability to lead through influence and effectively coordinate cross-functional teams without direct authority.
     

Preferred Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Technology, Healthcare Administration, or a related field.

  • Project Management Professional (PMP) certification.

  • Experience supporting healthcare, pharmacy benefit management, or product-based organizations.

  • Experience managing product backlogs, prioritizing features, and supporting agile delivery practices.

  • Ability to quickly learn and apply technical concepts to facilitate business and technology collaboration.


If you will be working at home occasionally or permanently, the internet connection must be obtained through a cable broadband or fiber optic internet service provider with speeds of at least 10Mbps download/5Mbps upload.

For this position, we anticipate offering an annual salary of 112,100 - 186,800 USD / yearly, depending on relevant factors, including experience and geographic location.

This role is also anticipated to be eligible to participate in an annual bonus plan.
