Earth Force Technologies

Cleantech / Climate Tech

The Earth is in crisis. Wildfires are one of the most extreme, destructive symptoms of that crisis. Worse, extreme wildfires - megafires - frequently destroy entire ecosystems as well as human communities, and emit massive amounts of air pollution. The situation is spiraling out of control, and yesterday's solutions are not going to solve today's problems. At Earth Force, we are bringing together people, partners, and new tools. Together, we are solving problems at the scale of the environmental challenges we all face. Taking on the wildfire crisis is going to require a lot of hard-working, talented people. As a company, we are out to do things that have never been done before, and that is going to require that we all learn and work collaboratively. We are all in this together and always on the lookout for new colleagues who care about helping Earth Force achieve its mission: “People and Nature, healing each other.”

Job description

Wildfires are a $20 trillion crisis. Earth Force is building the technology that dramatically increases the pace and scale of fuels reduction and forest thinning—creating resilient forests and protecting people and communities from the devastating effects of wildfire.

We develop integrated computer vision systems—hardware through UI—deployed on forestry machines operating in remote forest environments. Our platform measures trees in real time, automates production reporting, and enables precision silviculture at a scale the industry has never seen. We work primarily with the U.S. Forest Service and their implementation partners under multi-year program agreements.

We’re commercially deployed and approaching scale. Our next season of growth will deliver on the capabilities our tech has developed, broadening the trust we've built with our partners to serve those working to protect land from catastrophic wildfire.

About the Role

Earth Force exists to reduce the risk of catastrophic wildfires through technology, data, and operational excellence. As we continue to grow and scale our impact, we are seeking a Strategic Projects Senior Associate to help tackle some of the company’s highest-priority and most complex business challenges.

This role will partner closely with executive leadership and teams across Finance, Operations, Product, and Engineering to drive strategic initiatives from analysis through execution. You’ll work on a wide range of projects—from business performance and strategic planning to new initiatives, investor and board materials, and operational improvements.

The ideal candidate has a strong foundation in investment banking, private equity, or management consulting and is excited to apply that toolkit in a hands-on operating environment.

Qualifications

  • 3–6 years of experience in investment banking, private equity, management consulting, or a similarly rigorous analytical environment.

  • Exceptional analytical and quantitative skills, with experience building financial models, business analyses, and data-driven recommendations.

  • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to structure and solve ambiguous, complex business problems.

  • Ability to synthesize complex operational, financial, and strategic information into clear recommendations and executive-level communications.

  • Experience creating high-quality presentations and materials for senior executives, boards, investors, or clients.

  • Strong project management skills and demonstrated ability to drive cross-functional initiatives from problem definition through execution.

  • Advanced proficiency in PowerPoint or Google Slides and Excel or Google Sheets.

Preferred

  • Experience working at or closely with a high-growth, investor-backed company.

  • Experience supporting strategic planning, fundraising, M&A, board reporting, or other high-priority corporate initiatives.

  • Experience working directly with executive leadership, private equity, venture capital, or institutional investors.

  • Exposure to climate, forestry, infrastructure, energy, construction, industrial services, or other asset-intensive industries.

This role is ideal for someone who enjoys solving ambiguous problems, moving between strategy and execution, and working directly with senior leaders on the projects that matter most to the business.
