The Traveling Practice Operations Manager provides hands-on, temporary operational leadership and support to individual practices across the organization. This role is designed to step into a specific practice during a management vacancy, leadership transition, or other defined operational need.
This role does not have ongoing oversight or leadership responsibility for a portfolio of practices. Assignments are focused on the day-to-day execution of established company processes, maintaining operational stability, supporting the local team, and helping the assigned practice meet performance expectations.
When not traveling, the Traveling Practice Operations Manager will work remotely under the direction of Regional and Senior Leadership to review assigned practice needs, prepare for upcoming assignments, complete follow-up work, and support defined operational projects.
As a Traveling Practice Operations Manager, you will provide reliable, hands-on support to practices during periods of transition or operational need. You will help maintain continuity, reinforce established SPG processes and expectations, support the patient and team experience, and keep day-to-day practice operations moving effectively until permanent or long-term leadership is established.
