Job description

As an Office Services Coordinator, you’ll play an important part in keeping our Sydney office running smoothly. You’ll be a welcoming point of contact for employees and visitors, while providing practical support across office services, facilities and day-to-day administration.

This is a great opportunity for someone with early administration or reception experience who is ready to build their career in a corporate environment.

This is a full-time, permanent position based in our Sydney office. Due to the nature of the role, you will be required to work from the office five days per week.

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Respond to general office and facilities requests in a timely, helpful and professional manner

  • Support the day-to-day running of the Sydney office, ensuring shared spaces are organised, presentable and well stocked

  • Assist with national switchboard reporting and provide front-desk relief when required

  • Coordinate courier bookings and incoming or outgoing deliveries

  • Manage meeting room bookings, set-up and general presentation

  • Travel to other offices as needed to provide office-services support

  • Strong attention to detail, including accuracy, spelling and grammar

  • A friendly and professional communication style, with a genuine customer-service mindset

  • Proficiency across the Microsoft Office suite, including Word, Excel, Outlook and PowerPoint
