Job Title: Senior Manager, Corporate Marketing & Communications
Location: Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. 
Contract: Fixed-Term Contract (12 months only)

Purpose of Role:

The Senior Manager, Corporate Marketing & Communications, leads the development and execution of the organization’s corporate communications strategy, ensuring consistent institutional positioning, reputation management, and stakeholder engagement across all channels. The role oversees corporate messaging, leadership communications, corporate campaigns, and integrated communications planning, ensuring alignment with organizational strategy, governance priorities, and global positioning objectives. The role requires strong strategic thinking, disciplined execution, and the ability to operate effectively in senior stakeholder environments.

 

Responsibilities: 

Strategy and Planning

  • Develop and implement the corporate marketing and communications strategy aligned with organizational priorities.
  • Define corporate messaging frameworks, institutional narratives, and positioning guidelines across all communication channels.
  • Lead corporate communications planning for major announcements, partnerships, milestones, and institutional initiatives.
  • Establish communications governance, approval processes, and editorial planning frameworks.
  • Advise senior leadership on communications strategy, reputation positioning, and stakeholder engagement approaches.

Execution and Delivery

  • Oversee the end-to-end execution of corporate communications campaigns, executive messaging, thought leadership initiatives, and institutional content programs.
  • Manage and direct agency partners and internal teams across PR, media relations, executive communications, and corporate content production.
  • Ensure consistent application of brand voice, corporate identity, and institutional positioning across all communication outputs.
  • Coordinate cross-functionally with Marketing, Partnerships, Government Relations, Legal, Strategy, and Event teams to ensure unified communications delivery.
  • Lead crisis communications planning and response coordination in collaboration with leadership and legal stakeholders when required.
  • Support global stakeholder engagement efforts, ensuring alignment between regional narratives and international positioning.

Reporting and Optimization

  • Define corporate communications KPIs and establish measurement frameworks to assess reputation impact, media performance, stakeholder engagement, and sentiment trends.
  • Monitor coverage, narrative alignment, and institutional positioning across key markets.
  • Deliver structured communications performance reports and strategic recommendations to senior leadership.
  • Continuously refine processes, governance structures, and operational workflows to enhance efficiency, consistency, and risk mitigation.

 

 

Requirements:

Education

  • Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Marketing, Public Relations, Journalism, or a related field.
  • Master’s degree or advanced certification in a related discipline is preferred but not mandatory.

Years of Experience

  • Minimum 8-10 years of experience in corporate communications, institutional marketing, or public relations.
  • Proven experience in managing and executing corporate communications strategies within large organizations, government entities, global brands, or international institutions.
  • Experience managing agencies and cross-functional stakeholder environments.
  • Prior experience within the gaming, esports, and sports industry is preferred.

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities

  • Strong understanding of corporate communications strategy, reputation management, and institutional positioning.
  • Experience developing executive messaging, corporate narratives, and leadership communications frameworks.
  • Ability to manage complex stakeholder communications across multiple audiences and markets.
  • Strong project management and governance capabilities across multi-channel communications initiatives.
  • Experience managing agencies, editorial calendars, media relations, and corporate content workflows.
  • Familiarity with the regional and global esports ecosystem, including publishers, teams, federations, event operators, and digital communities, is strongly preferred.
  • Ability to manage high-visibility communications moments under tight timelines.
  • Strong stakeholder management skills with the ability to advise senior leadership.
  • Excellent written, verbal, and presentation communication skills in both English and Arabic.
  • Ability to operate effectively in cross-functional and international environments.
