About the Role
Full Spectrum is looking for a creative, strategic, and highly collaborative Marketing Specialist based in Brazil to support its marketing and outbound initiatives in the U.S. staffing and recruiting market.
A key priority for this role is the ability to write in a natural, professional U.S. style and vernacular. The ideal candidate understands American business culture and can create clear, compelling content for a U.S. audience without requiring extensive revisions.
The Marketing Specialist will spend most of their time working across Canva, LinkedIn, the company's CRM, and email marketing campaigns. They will also manage Full Spectrum's candidate inventory by turning qualified candidates into marketable profiles and helping promote them proactively to prospective clients.
Although this role includes elements of outbound strategy and business development support, it will remain primarily focused on marketing, content, campaign execution, and audience engagement.
Key Responsibilities
Content and Marketing
- Write clear, natural, and persuasive marketing content for a U.S. business audience.
- Create branded materials, candidate profiles, social media assets, presentations, and campaign graphics using Canva.
- Develop and publish professional content for LinkedIn.
- Maintain consistency in brand voice, messaging, and visual presentation.
- Support the planning and execution of marketing initiatives across different channels.
- Review content carefully to ensure accuracy, professionalism, and alignment with U.S. communication standards.
Email Marketing and CRM
- Plan, build, and execute outbound email marketing campaigns.
- Write compelling subject lines, email copy, calls to action, and follow-up sequences.
- Manage audience segmentation, campaign lists, and contact information within the CRM.
- Use Mailchimp or similar platforms to build, schedule, monitor, and optimize campaigns.
- Track campaign performance, including open rates, click-through rates, responses, and conversions.
- Recommend improvements based on campaign data and audience behavior.
- Help maintain clean, accurate, and well-organized marketing data.
Candidate Inventory Marketing
- Work with recruiters to identify qualified and marketable candidates.
- Turn candidate information into polished, client-facing marketing profiles.
- Highlight each candidate's experience, skills, accomplishments, availability, and value proposition.
- Organize and maintain the company's active candidate inventory.
- Match candidate profiles with relevant target companies and market segments.
- Proactively market qualified candidates to prospective clients through targeted email campaigns.
- Coordinate with recruiters to ensure all candidate information is accurate and current.
Outbound Strategy and List Building
- Collaborate with Bianca and the sourcing/data team on outbound marketing strategy.
- Help define ideal target audiences based on industry, company profile, geography, hiring needs, and buyer persona.
- Support the creation of accurate, segmented, and campaign-ready contact lists.
- Coordinate sourcing priorities with upcoming email campaigns and marketing initiatives.
- Research prospective companies, industries, and decision-makers.
- Help improve the quality, relevance, and effectiveness of outbound marketing lists.
Team Collaboration
- Work closely with recruiters, sourcing professionals, and company leadership.
- Participate actively in team meetings and campaign-planning discussions.
- Coordinate projects across marketing, recruiting, sourcing, and business development.
- Communicate progress, challenges, and campaign results clearly.
- Receive feedback professionally and implement changes efficiently.
- Contribute ideas to improve marketing processes, candidate promotion, and outbound performance.
Required Qualifications
- At least one year of professional experience working with the U.S. market, U.S.-based companies, or American clients.
- Advanced English proficiency — C1 level, both written and spoken.
- Demonstrated ability to write naturally for a U.S. audience using appropriate tone, vocabulary, and business communication style.
- Previous experience in marketing, content creation, email marketing, or a related field.
- Strong proficiency in Canva.
- Practical experience using LinkedIn for marketing, research, content, or outreach.
- Experience creating and managing email marketing campaigns.
- Familiarity with CRM systems and contact-list management.
- Understanding of audience segmentation and outbound list-building strategies.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to produce polished, publication-ready content.
- Excellent organization, communication, and time-management skills.
- Ability to collaborate effectively in a fully remote and highly interactive team environment.
- Reliable computer, stable internet connection, and availability to work full-time.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with Mailchimp or another email marketing automation platform.
- Experience in the U.S. staffing, recruiting, HR, or professional services industry.
- Previous involvement in candidate marketing, recruitment marketing, or talent branding.
- Understanding of email deliverability, campaign metrics, and A/B testing.
- Experience researching U.S. companies, decision-makers, and target markets.
- Basic knowledge of lead generation and outbound business development.
- Experience creating professional candidate profiles, one-pagers, or sales collateral.
- A portfolio containing examples of English-language copy, email campaigns, LinkedIn content, or Canva designs.

They are an excellent English writer, know how to adapt messages to American business audiences, and can move confidently between content creation, email marketing, CRM organization, candidate promotion, and outbound strategy.
