Job description

About Us

Simply put, we believe in the power of sleep.

As sleep health champions, we want more and more people to wake up to a brighter day every day. And, we are making daily progress, as we help more organizations see sleep as transformational and a foundational pillar of health. We strive to give more access to the technology and care they need to lead fuller lives.

Our depth of knowledge in the science of sleep gives us a unique perspective on sleep as a critical intervention strategy in chronic disease. We help people see the right problem and the right way forward, elevating not just our solutions but also advancing the field of sleep medicine.

Our vision is to work with our partners — employers, health systems, health plans, government agencies, provider groups and others committed to transforming care — to expand sleep health care to where it is needed, so it can take its rightful place in the healthcare ecosystem.

About the role

As SVP of Marketing at Nox, your mission is to lead the transformation of Nox’s Diagnostic Solutions and Sleep Care Management businesses into a market-driven, integrated, leader in the Sleep Health category. You will provide leadership, modern-state strategic and technical marketing expertise, and deep healthcare industry insight. Responsibilities include understanding market needs, aligning product positioning with customer demands, and using market intelligence to influence both product development and marketing. The global role will be responsible for all lead generation efforts, modernizing, deploying and managing our technical marketing stack leveraging AI capabilities, marketing and thought-leadership content development, general sales-enablement efforts, and web site management.

You will collaborate with the executive team and business unit leaders on data driven commercialization strategies, including segmentation and territory design, pricing and packaging, and competitive intelligence, while ensuring Nox maintains a unified global brand voice. You will also gain insight into customer behavior and improve funnel conversions using behavioral science principles. Ownership of Nox’s value proposition is key, involving continuous evaluation and refinement to align with market needs and differentiate from competitors.

What you'll do

Lead all Marketing Across Nox:

  • Own the development and execution of marketing strategies for Nox’s two core business lines — corporate brand, Sleep Care Management, and Diagnostic Solutions.
  • Drive consistent brand voice and storytelling across products, services, geographies, and audiences.
  • Own brand reputation and public relations strategy, including media relations, press and analyst communications, crisis communication, and spokesperson training.
  • Lead integrated marketing campaigns across digital, content, SEO, social media, paid media, and email channels.
  • Plan and execute event and field marketing programs — including industry conferences, trade shows, and regional activations — to build relationships with sleep medicine key opinion leaders and healthcare providers.

Global Mandate:

  • Ensure Nox presents a unified global brand while tailoring messaging for local market dynamics.
  • Apply disciplined market research methods to glean insights across U.S., Canadian, and other global markets.

Marketing Systems and Performance:

  • Oversee the development and deployment of a modern marketing technology stack, including CRM, AI automation, analytics, and digital engagement platforms.
  • Employ data-driven approaches for market analysis, funnel optimization, and personalized marketing at scale.
  • Track ROI on marketing investments and ensure effective cost management.
  • Own the marketing budget, ensuring efficient allocation of spend, clear prioritization, and alignment to performance goals.
  • Manage relationships with external agencies, vendors, and contractors to ensure high-quality, on-time, on-budget execution.

Talent and Team Leadership:

  • Design and scale a global marketing function, building leadership capability across business units and geographies.
    Lead and develop a high-performing marketing team, providing guidance, mentoring, and professional development to create a performance-driven culture.

Qualifications

  • Minimum of 15 years of experience in the healthcare or healthcare technology sectors, with at least 10 years in a senior leadership role.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field (or equivalent experience); advanced degree preferred.
  • Broad understanding of the healthcare ecosystem — including consumer, employer, payer, physician, health system, life sciences, and medical devices
  • Proven success in B2B, B2B2C, and B2C marketing, with the ability to influence both institutional buyers (health plans, health systems, employers) and individual consumers (plan members, patients).
  • Strong strategic marketing skills, not just marketing communications — the ability to:
    • write and articulate the value proposition; segment the marketplace — in support of sales, marketing communication, and product requirements;
    • ensure the sales force is armed and equipped to drive results
    • leverage digital marketing to help drive both consumer and plan sponsor actions.
  • Clinical program experience — the ability to convert strategy into programmatic execution, e.g. developing programs to fill gaps in care.
  • Prior experience in the carve-out benefit market is desired— understanding:
    • the plan sponsors, and the segments of plan sponsors;
    • the benefits consultants;
    • the benefit plan members and how to reach and influence them.
  • Strong expertise in building and scaling modern marketing systems, including CRM, marketing automation, analytics, and digital engagement platforms.
  • Knowledge of healthcare regulatory and compliance requirements.
  • Comfortable operating in a fast-paced, private equity-backed or investor-driven environment, balancing growth objectives with disciplined, metrics-driven execution.
