About Nox Health

Nox Health is a global healthcare technology company delivering innovative solutions for sleep testing, therapy management, and clinical collaboration. Our Nox Cloud platform powers a growing suite of digital services for internal teams and healthcare customers around the world.

With offices in the USA, Iceland, and Portugal, Nox Health brings together world-class engineering, product development, and clinical expertise to transform the future of sleep care through connected, data-driven technology.

About the role

Nox Health Portugal is seeking an experienced Value Stream Owner to lead the development and delivery of capabilities within the Nox Cloud platform, working with clinical workflows.

This role combines strategic product ownership with operational leadership — ensuring the flow of value across engineering, and customer-facing systems. You will define requirements, manage priorities, and drive the evolution of Nox Platform that will support Nox Health’s expanding digital ecosystem.

You will collaborate closely with stakeholders across Product, Engineering, Marketing, Operations and Support to ensure that the solutions are scalable, compliant, and seamlessly integrated into our cloud architecture.

Key Responsibilities

  • Drive continuous product delivery by translating strategy into a prioritized backlog, accepting completed features, and actively defining and monitoring success metrics and outcomes for every initiative.
  • Define, refine, and prioritize product requirements in partnership with internal stakeholders.
  • Translate business needs into clear technical and functional specifications for the engineering teams of Nox Cloud development.
  • Ensure product integrity by maintaining rigorous quality standards, validating cross-system consistency, and proactively addressing technical debt to ensure long-term stability and reliability of the platform.
  • Ensure the creation and maintenance of product documentation as a core feature and integral part of the product, ensuring it is comprehensive, accessible, and up-to-date.
  • Lead the backlog refinement and foster the sprint planning and reviews to ensure focus and delivery on high-value initiatives.
  • Collaborate with Product Management, Marketing, Support and Operations to define vision, roadmap, and KPIs for services.
  • Ensure alignment with security and compliance standards.
  • Monitor performance and data quality, identifying opportunities to optimize processes and reduce complexity.
  • Support internal and customer feedback loops, triaging and prioritizing improvements related to workflows.
  • Actively contribute to the continuous improvement, removing impediments and fostering collaboration across teams.

Requirements and Qualifications

  • Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business Information Systems, or related field.
  • 5+ years of experience as a Product Owner or equivalent role in SaaS, or enterprise software in web and/or mobile channels.
  • Strong understanding of Saas platform, Clinical workflows, and B2B(2C).
  • Demonstrated experience in Agile/Scrum or Lean Value Stream environments.
  • Excellent communication skills in English, both verbal and written.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving mindset, capable of connecting technical design with business outcomes.
  • Experience collaborating with distributed engineering teams and cross-functional stakeholders.
  • Prior exposure to healthcare or regulated environments is beneficial but not required.
