  • Weiterentwicklung und Optimierung bestehender Zeitwirtschaftslösungen inkl. Performance- und Prozessverbesserung 
  • Qualitätssicherung,Testingsowie Unterstützung bei Go-LivesundHypercare-Phasen 
  • Fachliche Führung von (Junior-)Berater:innenund aktiver Wissenstransfer im Team 
  • Unterstützung im Presales sowie bei der Erstellung von Angeboten und Lösungskonzepten


Dein Profil

  • Mehrjährige Erfahrung als SAP HCMBerater:inmit Schwerpunkt Zeitwirtschaft (PT) 
  • Fundierte Kenntnisse in Schemas, Regeln, PCRs sowie im Customizing der Zeitwirtschaft 
  • Idealerweise Erfahrung mit SuccessFactors Time Tracking / EC Time und hybriden Architekturen 
  • Erfahrung in der Integration zwischen SAP HCM On-Premiseund SuccessFactors (z. B. CPI, Integration Center) 
  • Projekterfahrung über alle Phasen hinweg (Analyse, Design, Implementierung, Go-Live) 
  • Strukturierte, eigenverantwortliche Arbeitsweise sowie ausgeprägte Kundenorientierung 
  • Sehr gute Deutsch- und gute Englischkenntnisse
