Banking Operations Manager

Location: Remote from Europe
Reporting to Director of Finance

Your Impact

• Drive end-to-end applications for operational, client, and merchant bank/EMI accounts across various jurisdictions in high risk industries.

• Gather and structure corporate legal files, UBO ownership documents, and operational flowcharts to meet bank underwriting requirements.

• Build relationships with bank relationship managers and track active applications to minimize setup delays.

• Handle annual bank reviews, ad-hoc transaction queries, and update banking partners on corporate structure changes.

• Set up account access and document fees, limits, and cut-off times for operational handover to the Finance team.

What Makes You a Fit

• 3+ years opening corporate bank/EMI accounts in iGaming, crypto, or high-risk FinTech.

• Strong understanding of UBO corporate structures, apostilled documentation, and bank underwriting demands.

• Familiarity with global banking, SEPA/SWIFT routes, EMIs, and payment institutions.

• Excellent organization, persistence in chasing application updates, and clear English communication.

• Nice-to-Have: Prior experience or background with PSP (Payment Service Provider) onboarding, acquiring solutions, and payment gateway setups.
