Job description

Salary: R29 000 per month

Remote Recruitment is looking for an Administrative Coordinator to support a UK business from home in South Africa. This is the role for someone who quietly keeps everything moving — diaries, documents, suppliers and deadlines — so the rest of the team can get on with their work.

Full-time and fully remote, working 09:00–17:00 UK time (11:00–19:00 SAST).

Key responsibilities

  • Coordinate diaries, meetings and travel arrangements across the team
  • Prepare documents, reports and presentations to a professional standard
  • Keep filing systems and shared drives organised and up to date
  • Act as the first point of contact for suppliers and internal queries
  • Track deadlines and chase outstanding items before they become problems
  • Support the leadership team with ad hoc administrative projects

What you will need

  • Experience in an administrative, office coordination or team support role
  • Familiarity with Microsoft 365 or Google Workspace
  • Strong written English and a careful eye for detail
  • The ability to juggle several moving pieces without dropping any
  • A quiet home workspace, reliable computer and stable fibre internet
  • A backup power solution for load shedding

What is on offer

  • A permanent, fully remote position with a UK employer
  • Predictable UK business hours
  • A varied role with genuine ownership of how things run
  • Room to grow into operations and office management positions
