Job description

Job Description:

Turn Financial Insight Into Business Impact

Title: Senior Analyst, GTM Finance (AccessOne)

Team: Finance

Location: Remote US or CA (EST or CST)

Why This Role Exists:

This is a high-impact, highly visible role within Phreesia’s Finance organization, supporting the AccessOne business. As the Senior Analyst, GTM Finance, you’ll serve as a subject matter expert across financial planning, analysis, pricing, and portfolio performance—helping shape strategic decisions through thoughtful financial insights and modeling.

Reporting directly to the Director of FP&A, you’ll partner closely with Deal Desk, Customer Success, Product, and senior leadership across Phreesia. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys solving complex business problems, thrives in a fast-paced environment, and is excited to take ownership of meaningful work with broad visibility across the organization.

What You’ll Spend Your Time Doing:

  • Lead financial planning and performance: Own budgeting, forecasting, financial reporting, variance analysis, and long-range planning while delivering insights that inform executive decision-making.
  • Build the models behind the business: Develop and maintain sophisticated financial models that support AccessOne's unique business model, portfolio economics, pricing strategy, and scenario planning.
  • Drive commercial pricing decisions: Partner with Deal Desk to evaluate complex pricing requests, support custom deal structures, assess financial impact, and help evolve pricing frameworks for new offerings.
  • Deliver portfolio and client insights: Monitor financial performance, develop dashboards and recurring analytics, identify trends and risks, and provide actionable recommendations to business partners.
  • Influence cross-functional strategy: Collaborate with Finance, Customer Success, Product, and commercial leaders to align financial analysis with business priorities and strategic initiatives.
  • Improve how finance operates: Strengthen financial processes, documentation, reporting, and pricing governance while proactively identifying opportunities for continuous improvement.

What Makes You a Great Fit

You will be a great fit if you:

  • Have worked in healthcare, healthcare technology, financial services, revenue cycle management, or another analytically rigorous environment.
  • Have experience using FP&A platforms such as Adaptive Insights, Workday Financials, or similar tools.
  • Are familiar with business intelligence or data visualization tools such as Power BI or Tableau.
  • Hold an MBA, CPA, CFA, or FPAC certification.
  • Have experience working in a post-acquisition or integration environment.

We Do Have A Few Requirements To Check:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Business Administration, or a closely related field from an accredited four-year university.
  • 3+ years of professional experience in finance, FP&A, pricing analysis, investment banking, corporate finance, or a related analytical finance role.
  • Can communicate complex financial concepts clearly to executives and cross-functional stakeholders.
  • Have advanced financial modeling skills in Excel- must be able to independently build, audit, and maintain complex, multi-variable models from scratch; pivot tables, dynamic formulas, and scenario modeling

Where You’ll Work:

This is a remote role, with the expectation that you’re based in EST or CST in the US or Canada

Compensation & Rewards

Base Salary: $95,000–$105,000 USD/CAD (depending on experience)

A comprehensive Total Rewards package designed to support your whole life — not just your work.
