The Crown Is Yours

As a Product Manager I, you’ll help shape customer-first experiences that fuel business growth while supporting the evolution of our sports platforms. You’ll collaborate across Engineering, Analytics, User Experience, Data Engineering, and Data Science to define strategy, shape roadmaps, and guide initiatives from concept through execution. You’ll bring an analytical mindset to improving how we monitor performance, measure outcomes, and turn data into strategic insights. As you take on increasingly complex challenges, you’ll build your expertise in sports technology and help scale solutions in a fast-paced environment.

What You’ll Do

  • Define and manage roadmaps that connect strategic objectives with clear priorities, rollout phases, and delivery timelines.

  • Translate business needs, customer insights, and stakeholder feedback into clear requirements, success criteria, and measurable key performance indicators.

  • Collaborate with Engineering, Analytics, User Experience, Data Engineering, and Data Science teams to build, launch, and iterate on scalable, customer-first experiences.

  • Use data, experimentation, and business monitoring to evaluate performance, measure the health of our offerings, and identify opportunities for improvement.

  • Own processes for monitoring and measuring performance, turning complex data into strategic insights that inform priorities and decisions.

  • Communicate proactively with stakeholders, incorporate feedback, and maintain alignment as priorities and requirements evolve.

  • Support agile development by prioritizing backlogs, refining requirements as new information emerges, and helping teams deliver high-quality solutions.

  • Stay current on Sportsbook industry trends and emerging technologies to anticipate future needs and inform long-term strategy.

What You’ll Bring

  • A Bachelor’s Degree or any suitable combination of education, experience, and training, with at least 3 years of experience in Product Management, Analytics, or a related field.

  • An understanding of the Sportsbook industry and an interest in the data, technology, and decision-making that power sports experiences.

  • An analytical, data-driven approach to problem-solving, with proficiency in SQL for data analysis and querying databases.

  • Experience with Tableau or another data visualization tool and the ability to turn data into clear, actionable insights.

  • Experience collaborating across Engineering, Analytics, Data Engineering, Data Science, and other cross-functional teams.

  • Familiarity with agile development methodologies and experience guiding initiatives from requirements and prioritization through launch and iteration.

  • Strong communication, organizational, and project management skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders and manage multiple priorities.

  • The ability to thrive in a fast-paced, highly matrixed environment while bringing structure to ambiguity and adapting as priorities evolve.
