Job Description

Salary: $81.7K – $121K inc super (FTE)

Location: Northern Sydney region

We’re looking for a passionate Occupational Therapist to join our Northern Sydney team and make a genuine impact in the lives of Autistic children, young people and adults.

This is a varied, community-based role where no two days look the same. You’ll manage your own caseload while being supported by a strong, collaborative clinical team.

You’ll work directly with participants in their everyday environments—home, school, or community—helping them build practical skills, independence, and confidence in line with their goals.

What your day will look like

You will:

  • Deliver therapy supports to 3 - 4 participants per day in community settings
  • Develop practical, goal-focused intervention plans
  • Work collaboratively with families, carers, and support networks
  • Build strategies that are strengths-based, functional, and meaningful
  • Support participants to develop independence and everyday life skills
  • Work both autonomously in the community and as part of a highly supportive team

Qualifications

What you bring:

  • Tertiary qualification in Occupational Therapy
  • Full AHPRA registration
  • Current driver’s licence and access to a reliable vehicle (km and tolls reimbursed)
  • NDIS Worker Screening Check (or willingness to obtain)
  • Working With Children Check (state-based)
  • Completion of the NDIS Worker Orientation Module – Quality, Safety and You, click here to access
