Job Description

We're looking for a commercially-led, people-focused Area Manager to lead our Thames Valley area of circa 23 dental practices. In this role, you'll be responsible for delivering sustainable business growth and ensuring the highest standards of patient care across the area.

Our Area Managers are accountable for the area's financial performance, maximising revenue and EBITDA through strong operational execution, effective leadership of Practice Managers and their teams, and rigorous cost control. Working in partnership with Clinical leaders and regionally aligned colleagues, they drive performance across all Practices, ensuring the delivery of exceptional patient outcomes, outstanding patient experiences, high colleague engagement, operational excellence, and achievement of financial and strategic objectives

  • Colleague engagement
  • Compliance & regulatory requirements

Qualifications

This role is field-based, with regular travel to the practices across the Thames Valley area.
