Job description

As a Senior Engineer you will design, build, and evolve features in the Broadcast Management Platform, and Advertisement Sales Suite used by leading broadcasters across Europe and North America.

You’ll work across the full stack of a modern enterprise media product, from core business logic and APIs through to integrations with traffic, scheduling, and finance systems.

You will bring solid engineering craft, a pragmatic problem-solving mindset, and an interest in the media domain to help shape a product that powers some of the most demanding sales and traffic operations in broadcast.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, Software Engineering, or a related field (required)
  • Master’s degree in a relevant field (preferred but not mandatory)

Role and Responsibilities:

  • Design, develop, and maintain features across the platform, including business logic, data models, and service APIs
  • Build and extend integrations with adjacent broadcast systems such as traffic, playout, right and schedule management and media asset management
  • Contribute to the evolution of the platforms API surface, ensuring clean versioning, backward compatibility, and clear documentation
  • Take features end-to-end: requirements analysis, implementation, automated tests, code review, and deployment-ready delivery
  • Diagnose and resolve production issues across complex customer environments, working closely with Support and Professional Services
  • Collaborate with QA, Product Management, and customer-facing teams to deliver fit-for-purpose solutions
  • Contribute to technical design discussions, code reviews, and continuous improvement of engineering practices and tooling

Skills:

  • Strong development experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations (X++)
  • Practical experience designing and consuming REST and SOAP/WCF web services
  • Confident use of Git and modern source-control workflows (branching, pull requests, code review)
  • Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines in Azure DevOps
  • Experience working in enterprise B2B software environments
  • C# and the .NET ecosystem experience is a strong plus
  • Experience working with AI (Claude, Copilot, Gemini) is a strong plus
  • Broadcast or media domain knowledge is a plus
  • Strong written and spoken English
  • Pragmatic problem-solving and a customer-focused mindset
  • Comfort working in cross-functional, internationally distributed teams
