Job Description

The Procurement Contract Administrator is responsible for supporting the organization's procurement and contract administration functions by ensuring the timely processing of contracts, creation of purchase orders, compliance and metrics reporting, and system administration activities. This role serves as a key liaison between Procurement, Legal, Finance, Information Security, and business stakeholders to facilitate contract reviews, approvals, execution, reporting, audit readiness, and provides administrative support throughout the contracting process.

The role also supports the organization's contract management system, assigns contract reviews, coordinates cross-functional approvals, and reports on SOX compliance audit requests. Experience with Cobblestone CLM platform and NetSuite ERP is highly desirable.

The ideal candidate is highly organized, detail-oriented, and proficient in Excel, with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment while maintaining accuracy and compliance with corporate policies and SOX control requirements.

Key Responsibilities

Contract Administration, Purchase Orders & Reporting

  • Manage purchase order activities, including PO creation, open PO reporting, stakeholder follow-up, and PO closure.

  • Coordinate contract execution activities, including routing agreements for signature through DocuSign.

  • Prepare and maintain monthly SOX control reporting.

  • Compile and analyze monthly procurement metrics and performance reporting in Excel and PowerPoint.

  • Generate and maintain monthly provisioning reports and other operational dashboards.

  • Support quarterly compliance reporting activities, including:

    • PP-21 submissions and follow-up activities

    • User Access Review (UAR) reporting

    • Phase I and Phase II reporting requirements

    • Supplier diversity reporting

    • Significant contract reporting

  • Assist with change management documentation and reporting processes.

  • Prepare business validation reports and support audit-related requests.

Compliance, Administrative & Legal Support

  • Route contracts and legal requests to appropriate Legal team members.

  • Process lower-value agreements and coordinate execution workflows.

  • Manage Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA) intake, processing, and tracking.

  • Administer test site agreements, therapy agreements, and other standard contract templates.

  • Perform initial contract reviews and approval coordination.

  • Track and coordinate Information Security reviews and approvals.

  • Monitor accessibility audit requirements and maintain related documentation.

  • Support contract implementation activities, including data transfer and system updates.

  • Provide general administrative support to the Procurement and Contract Management teams.

  • Maintain contract records and workflow status within the contract management system and support users as needed.

This position is virtual and open to residents in Eastern and Central US locations.

COMPENSATION & BENEFITS: Stride, Inc. Company, considers a person’s education, experience, and qualifications, as well as the position’s work location, expected quality and quantity of work, required travel (if any), external market and internal value when determining a new employee’s salary level.  Compensation will differ based on these factors, the position’s level and expected contribution, and the employee’s benefits elections.  Offers will typically be in the bottom half of the range. 
 

We anticipate the hourly range to be between $ 28.22 and 33.86. This rate is not guaranteed, as an individual’s compensation can vary based on several factors. These factors include, but are not limited to, geographic location, experience, training, education, and local market conditions.
