Job description

We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Email Marketing Administrator to support our growing business. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys a mix of digital marketing, content coordination, outreach, and administrative support.

You will assist with executing marketing campaigns, managing email marketing initiatives, coordinating advertising efforts, conducting outreach to potential clients and partners, and ensuring marketing activities run smoothly behind the scenes.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist with planning and executing digital marketing campaigns

  • Create, schedule, and manage email marketing campaigns

  • Build and maintain email lists while ensuring database accuracy

  • Monitor campaign performance and prepare basic marketing reports

  • Coordinate social media content scheduling and publishing

  • Support paid advertising campaigns across platforms such as Meta and Google Ads

  • Conduct outreach to potential clients, partners, and industry contacts through email and LinkedIn

  • Research prospective leads and maintain CRM records

  • Assist with website content updates and marketing materials

  • Coordinate promotional campaigns, newsletters, and product announcements

  • Work closely with the team to ensure marketing projects are delivered on time

  • Perform general marketing administration and documentation

Skills & Experience

  • Previous experience in digital marketing, marketing administration, or email marketing

  • Experience using email marketing platforms such as Mailchimp, Klaviyo, ActiveCampaign, HubSpot, or similar

  • Familiarity with social media scheduling tools

  • Basic understanding of Meta Ads and Google Ads is highly regarded

  • Experience with CRM systems (HubSpot, Salesforce, Zoho, or similar)

  • Strong written English and communication skills

  • Excellent organizational and time management skills

  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously

  • High attention to detail

  • Proficient with Google Workspace and Microsoft Office

  • Experience using Canva is an advantage
