About the role

You'll own quality across mobile applications and backend services — working directly with engineers and product managers to ship features that reach millions of users.

What you'll do

• Test native iOS and Android applications alongside backend APIs and end-to-end product flows — from credit line to deposits.

• Investigate production issues using logs, crash reports, and traffic analysis tools, and communicate risk clearly to engineers and product managers.

• Define automation strategy: what to automate, at which level, and why — then contribute to building and maintaining that coverage.

What you'll own

• Own end-to-end quality for your product area across mobile and backend.

• Analyze new features from a product, technical, and user-risk perspective before testing begins.

• Design and maintain test coverage for new and existing features.

• Participate in regression scope, release risk assessment, and quality process improvements.

• Use scripts, API clients, and AI-assisted workflows to reduce repetitive manual work.

• Communicate coverage gaps and trade-offs to engineers, product managers, and stakeholders.

What makes you a strong fit

• 3+ years in QA or software testing with strong mobile product experience.

• Solid understanding of mobile-specific behavior: app lifecycle, push notifications, deeplinks, permissions, device matrix, and network conditions.

• Experience testing REST APIs and backend-driven product flows.

• Ability to read and write basic code or scripts in at least one language: Kotlin, Swift, Java, Python, JavaScript, TypeScript, or similar.

• Understanding of automated test structure, flaky tests, test data, and CI test runs.

• Strong bug investigation skills: logs, crash reports, reproduction steps, severity, and root cause hypotheses.
