Diese abwechslungsreichen Aufgaben erwarten Dich: 

  • Als Berater:in bei ifp consulting entwickelst Du zukunftsweisende Strategien und Lösungen für zentrale Herausforderungen in den Bereichen Produktion und Logistik
  • Nach einem umfassenden Onboarding übernimmst Du schnell Verantwortung für ein (Teil-) Projekt als Berater:in. Von Beginn an stehst Du als vollwertiges Projektmitglied in Kontakt mit unseren Kunden über alle Hierarchieebenen.
  • Gemeinsam mit unseren Kunden erarbeitest Du in Workshops innovative Konzepte und Lösungen für Produktion & Logistik – getreu unserem Motto: Ideen erfolgreich machen!
  • Zu deinem Alltag zählt außerdem die Analyse von Daten und Prozessen sowie die Erstellung von Präsentationen und Entscheidungsvorlagen für das Management.
  • Auch intern gilt unser Motto: Ideen erfolgreich machen! Du gestaltest aktiv die Weiterentwicklung des ifp mit und engagierst Dich bspw. im Rahmen unseres Innovation-Teams.

Das bringst Du mit:

  • Zu deinen Stärken zählen analytisches Denken, eine schnelle Auffassungsgabe, Teamarbeit und die Neugier sich stetig in neue, komplexe Aufgabengebiete einzuarbeiten.
  • Es fällt Dir leicht Probleme schnell zu identifizieren, klar zu strukturieren und ergebnisorientierte Lösungsansätze zu finden.
  • Du hast Freude an engem Kundenkontakt und besitzt überdurchschnittliche Kommunikationsfähigkeiten.
  • Dienstreisen sowie verhandlungssichere Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse sind für Dich als Berater:in selbstverständlich.
  • Du kannst einen erfolgreichen Masterabschluss in einem  Studiengang mit Bezug zur Produktion und Logistik (z.B. WI, Maschinenbau, Produktionstechnik, technische BWL, o.ä.), sowie erste Berufserfahrung in Form von Werkstudententätigkeit oder Praktika in diesem Bereich vorweisen.
