Diese abwechslungsreichen Aufgaben erwarten Dich: 

  • Als Senior Berater:in bei ifp consulting übernimmst Du Projektverantwortung und entwickelst zukunftsweisende Strategien und Lösungen für zentrale Herausforderungen in den Bereichen Produktion und Logistik.
  • Du stehst mit Deinen Kunden über alle Hierarchieebenen in stetem Austausch und überzeugst durch Deine Erfahrung und Dein ganzheitliches unternehmerisches Denken.
  • Neben der Analyse von Daten und Prozessen entwickelst und präsentierst Du innovative Konzepte und Entscheidungsvorlagen für unsere Kunden - getreu unserem Motto: Ideen erfolgreich machen!
  • Die Konzepte, die du erstellst, setzt du gemeinsam mit unserem Kunden um und hast die Möglichkeit Deine fachlichen und methodischen Kompetenzen einzubringen.
  • Auch intern gilt unser Motto: Ideen erfolgreich machen! Du gestaltest aktiv die Weiterentwicklung des ifp mit, machst Akquise und engagierst Dich bspw. im Rahmen unseres Innovation-Teams.

Das bringst Du mit:

  • Du bist ein überzeugter Teamplayer und bringst umfangreiche analytische Fähigkeiten und eine schnelle Auffassungsgabe mit.
  • Es fällt Dir leicht Probleme schnell zu identifizieren, klar zu strukturieren und ergebnisorientierte Lösungsansätze zu finden.
  • Du hast Freude an engem Kundenkontakt, besitzt überdurchschnittliche Kommunikationsfähigkeiten und arbeitest Dich gerne in neue, komplexe Aufgabengebiete ein.
  • Dienstreisen sowie verhandlungssichere Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse sind für Dich als Berater:in selbstverständlich. Eine weitere Fremdsprache ist wünschenswert.
  • Du besitzt mind. 2 Jahre Berufserfahrung in der Beratung (Fokus Produktion oder Logistik) bzw. 3 Jahre in der Industrie und einen erfolgreichen Masterabschluss in einem technischen Studiengang  (z.B. WI, Maschinenbau, Produktionstechnik, o.ä.).
