Diese abwechslungsreichen Aufgaben erwarten Dich: 

  • Du arbeitest in Beratungsprojekten mit und lernst den Arbeitsalltag eines Unternehmensberaters kennen.
  • Du unterstützt uns tatkräftig bei der Erarbeitung innovativer Konzepte und Lösungen für Produktion und Logistik.
  • Außerdem unterstützt Du uns mit Aufgaben wie Daten- und Prozessanalysen, der Konzeption und Implementierung zukunftsfähiger Konzepte oder der Erstellung von Präsentationen.
  • Zudem gestaltest Du aktiv die Weiterentwicklung des ifp mit und engagierst Dich bspw. im Rahmen unserer Innovation-Teams.

Das bringst Du mit:

  • Du bist in den letzten Semestern deines technischen Studiengangs (z.B. WI, Maschinenbau, Produktionstechnik, technische BWL, o.ä.) und weist überdurchschnittliche Noten vor.
  • Du bringst umfangreiche analytische Fähigkeiten und eine schnelle Auffassungsgabe mit.
  • Es fällt Dir leicht Probleme schnell zu identifizieren, klar zu strukturieren und ergebnisorientierte Lösungsansätze zu finden.
  • Zu deinen Stärken zählen Teamarbeit in einem anspruchsvollen Dienstleistungsumfeld und die Neugier sich stetig in neue, komplexe Aufgabengebiete einzuarbeiten.
