Ihre Aufgaben

  • Sie übernehmen die strategische Beratung führender Unternehmen im Immobiliensektor sowie von Corporates und Einzelhändlern in den Bereichen Strategie, Organisation und Umsetzung
  • Sie entwickeln und steuern gemeinsam mit unseren Kunden innovative Geschäftsmodelle, Markteintrittsstrategien sowie agile Methoden und Tools und bringen Ihre Erfahrung gezielt ein
  • Sie verantworten die Umsetzung komplexer Kundenanforderungen und nutzen Marktveränderungen sowie -trends, um nachhaltige Wettbewerbsvorteile für unsere Kunden zu schaffen
  • Sie treiben die Weiterentwicklung von Beratungsansätzen und Produkten aktiv voran, bringen eigene Ideen ein und fördern den Wissenstransfer innerhalb des Teams
  • Sie sind von Beginn an in Kundenprojekte mit eingebunden und übernehmen herausfordernde Aufgaben in deren Umsetzung und Koordination in einem dynamischen und praxisnahen Arbeitsumfeld
  • Sie übernehmen eine Schlüsselrolle in internationalen Projekten und gestalten durch die globale Präsenz von TME Associates die Zusammenarbeit mit Kunden und Teams weltweit aktiv mit

Ihr Profil

  • Erfolgreich abgeschlossenes Studium in Wirtschaftswissenschaften, Immobilienwirtschaft oder einem vergleichbaren Fachbereich
  • 1-2 Jahre Berufserfahrung in der Unternehmensberatung oder in einer strategischen Funktion in der Immobilienbranche
  • Fundierte Kenntnisse in der Strategieentwicklung, Organisationsgestaltung oder Transformation von Geschäftsmodellen
  • Analytische und konzeptionelle Stärke sowie ein tiefes Verständnis für wirtschaftliche Zusammenhänge und Marktmechanismen
  • Führungskompetenz, Eigeninitiative und die Fähigkeit, Teams und Kunden durch komplexe Veränderungsprozesse zu begleiten
  • Hohe Reisebereitschaft für nationale und internationale Projekte
  • Sehr gute MS-Office-Kenntnisse sowie ausgeprägte Kommunikations- und Präsentationsfähigkeiten in Deutsch und Englisch
