We're on the lookout for a confident, friendly Warm Caller to help us reach out to potential clients who have already expressed interest in our services.
Warm leads are waiting for a follow-up from someone like you!
Your Role:
- Call warm leads and spark engaging conversations
- Qualify potential clients based on a short script
- Build trust and rapport—no hard selling involved
- Set appointments or pass on details to our Closer team
- Keep notes updated and organised
What We’re Looking For:
• Proven experience in phone-based sales or customer service, ideally in high-ticket or warm caller roles.
• Strong communication, listening, and interpersonal skills.
• Confident, self-motivated, and results-driven without being pushy.
• Consistent track record of meeting KPIs or conversion goals.
• Able to work independently, manage pipelines, and follow up professionally.
• Organized, reliable, and comfortable working from home.
• Clear, friendly Aussie or neutral English accent.

TECHNICAL AND SOFTWARE REQUIREMENTS:

• Collaboration tools such as video conferencing software, instant messaging platforms, and project management tools.
