  • Provide clients with clear explanations regarding their legal matters and available options.
  • Collaborate with paralegals, case managers, and other members of the legal team.
  • Ensure all work complies with applicable Arizona and U.S. laws, court rules, ethical requirements, and firm procedures.
  • Manage multiple priorities while consistently meeting deadlines and quality expectations.
  • Use legal technology and case management systems to document, track, and manage work efficiently.

Requirements

  • Strong legal research, writing, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to produce accurate legal work.
  • Ability to independently manage cases, deadlines, and competing priorities.
  • Strong client-service and interpersonal skills.
  • Comfortable working independently in a fully remote environment.
  • Proficiency with standard legal technology, document management systems, and Microsoft Office/Google Workspace.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience working for a U.S. law firm.
  • Experience in a client-facing legal role.
  • Experience with legal case management software such as Clio, MyCase, PracticePanther, or similar platforms.
  • Litigation, hearings, negotiations, or courtroom experience.
  • Experience managing a significant caseload with limited supervision.
  • Strong familiarity with Arizona courts and legal procedures.
  • Bilingual English/Spanish skills are a plus.

Benefits

  • Fully remote position.
  • Opportunity to work directly with a U.S.-based law firm.
