  • Support the firm in organizing and optimizing tax-related systems
  • Contribute to building more efficient and scalable tax operations

Client & Multi-State Tax Support

  • Support tax preparation across multiple clients
  • Assist with multi-state tax returns (experience with California and New York is a plus)
  • Handle allocations and requirements related to multi-state filings when applicable
  • Work closely with the internal team to ensure timely and accurate deliverables

Systems & Software Utilization

  • Adapt quickly to new tools and systems as needed
  • Maintain organized records and documentation within tax systems

Qualifications & Ideal Traits:

  • Familiarity with tax software such as ProSeries (preferred), Lacerte, or CCH Axcess
  • Experience using TaxDome or similar practice management tools is a plus
  • Understanding of multi-state tax filings (California and New York experience preferred)
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy in handling financial data
  • Ability to manage multiple clients and deadlines simultaneously
  • Process-oriented mindset with interest in improving workflows
  • Strong written English communication skills
  • Comfortable working in a remote and structured environment
  • Trainable and adaptable, especially for firm-specific processes and state-specific tax nuances

Working Environment:
