About the Position: Digital Design Specialist (DDS) is responsible for making sure that all design concepts are well presented in a digital language most clear to the client’s understanding. The DDS works closely with global deign teams.

Qualifications

• Proficient in 3D Modeling like Polygon modeling, Furniture, and Vegetation using 3dsmax ,V ray renderer, Rhino, Enscape, D5.
• Proficient in: Adobe Suites, Photoshop, InDesign, & Hand Sketching
• AutoCAD and Revit experience a plus
• Possess strong leadership, organizing and analytical skills
• Strong written, oral and visual communication skills
• Good collaboration skills and able to work in a team environment
• Requires Bachelors Degree in Architecture / Interior Design or 3 years experience in industry
• Hospitality, Architecture or Interior Design experience a plus  

Once you are here you will:

Studio

• Create computer models and visualizations of project design
• Manages a dynamic workload to meet project schedules and deadlines
• Produces photorealism concepts of architectural and interior design that encompasses lighting, rendering, and animating walk-through.
• Creation and editing of walk-through animation sequences.
• Participates in developing design in all phases as needed
• Contributes to developing our Digital Design Process and Standards

Leadership

• Assists in the mentoring, training and development of unit members
• Follow company standards and ensure quality of the firm’s level of renderings

General

• Maintain working knowledge of industry and company standards
• Performs related work as required
• Perform various roles on project teams as assigned

Travels
