Our client is a fast-growing performance marketing agency specializing in mission-driven organizations across higher education and nonprofit sectors. Since launching in 2020, the agency has built a strong reputation for combining strategic thinking, creative execution, and data-driven marketing to help universities and organizations achieve measurable growth.
As a Paid Social Manager, you will own the strategy, performance, and optimization of paid social campaigns across a portfolio of education-focused clients. This role combines strategic media planning, audience development, creative testing, analytics, and partner communication to drive measurable business outcomes.

Youβll collaborate closely with Account Services, Analytics, Creative, and Paid Media teams to develop campaigns that connect with audiences and continuously improve performance.

Partner closely with Creative teams to develop effective ad concepts, hooks, messaging, formats, and creative testing strategies.
Analyze creative performance to understand which hooks, messages, visuals, and formats are driving engagement and conversions.

Identify creative fatigue and continuously recommend new concepts and variations to maintain performance.
Translate campaign and creative performance data into clear insights and actionable recommendations.
Collaborate with Analytics and Account Services teams to ensure accurate tracking, reporting, and attribution.
Stay current on platform updates, emerging ad formats, audience targeting capabilities, and paid social trends.
4+ years of hands-on Paid Social experience, ideally within an agency or multi-account environment.
Strong expertise across platforms such as Meta Ads Manager, LinkedIn Ads, TikTok Ads, or similar.
Proven experience managing performance-focused paid social campaigns with meaningful budgets.
Strong understanding of audience development, creative strategy, and conversion-focused advertising.

Strong analytical skills and ability to connect creative and audience performance with business outcomes.
Experience optimizing campaigns for lead generation, inquiries, applications, enrollments, donations, or other conversion-focused goals.

Excellent client-facing and presentation skills, with the ability to communicate performance and creative insights clearly.

Experience with emerging social platforms and advertising formats.
Experience mentoring junior Paid Social team members.
Familiarity with forecasting, media planning, and budget pacing.
Fully remote work environment.
Competitive compensation based on experience and scope.
The opportunity to work on mission-driven campaigns that directly impact education and student growth.
A collaborative, high-performance culture focused on innovation, service, and continuous improvement.
